1. Performance & Off-Road Use Only
- Off-Road Use: Many of our tuning services and parts are designed strictly for off-road or competition use.
- Compliance: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their vehicle complies with local, state, and federal emissions laws. Legion Motorsports is not liable for any legal consequences regarding vehicle compliance.
2. Limitation of Liability & Warranty
- Mechanical Risk: Tuning involves pushing a vehicle’s components beyond factory limits. By purchasing, you acknowledge the inherent risk of mechanical failure.
- No Liability: Legion Motorsports is not responsible for any damage to engines, transmissions, or other vehicle components resulting from our tunes or parts.
- Warranty: Use of aftermarket tuning typically voids factory warranties.
3. All Sales are Final
- Digital/Custom Nature: Because tuning software and custom-ordered parts are tailored to your specific vehicle, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once the service has been initiated or the part has been ordered.
- Ordering Accuracy: Please verify all vehicle specifications before purchase. Incorrect information provided by the customer that leads to a faulty tune is not grounds for a refund.
4. Intellectual Property
- All tuning files and software provided are the intellectual property of Legion Motorsports. Redistribution, reselling, or "copying" of our tunes is strictly prohibited.
5. Engine Safety & Performance Waiver
- Pre-Existing Conditions: By purchasing a tune, the customer certifies that the vehicle is in sound mechanical condition. Legion Motorsports is not responsible for failures caused by pre-existing mechanical issues, poor maintenance, or worn-out components.
- Assumption of Risk: The customer understands that increasing a vehicle's horsepower and torque levels places additional stress on the engine, drivetrain, and transmission. You expressly assume all risk associated with these performance increases.
- Dyno & Street Testing: Any testing performed (whether on a dynamometer or the street) is done at the owner’s risk. Legion Motorsports is not liable for any incidents occurring during the tuning or testing process.
